A Professional Organizer Can Help
Here we are… a week and a half into the year and I bet you are STILL doing pretty well on most, if not all, of your New Year Resolutions! Still eating better? Exercising consistently? Taking time for you? Getting your entire WORLD organized and systematized?? Yeah, that last one is really tough to tackle and see through.
Why is it SO HARD to get and STAY organized? I’ll tell you… It takes effort, commitment and often, you just can’t do it alone. You need your little army (family or business team) to put forth the effort too. But, we often try to do this alone and that is where most people fail.
The excuses are plenty
We are too close to our “stuff”. Getting organized requires the ability to let sh*% go and it’s really, really hard when we have some emotional or even logical ties to something.
“I can’t get rid of this, what if I need it?”
“Someone might ask me for these documents. I should hold onto them for 47 years!”
“As soon as I get rid of this, I’ll want to wear/use it!”
Yup, I’ve heard them all. However, the trick to really getting yourself, your home or your office organized is by NOT DOING IT ALONE. Hire a professional to help you. Why spend money you can do yourself? Because the truth is many of you likely can’t do it yourself. And you probably won’t do it yourself. And by February, you’ll be in the same cluttered, frustrated mess, feeling stressed and disappointed. But I’m here to tell ya… It doesn’t have to be that way!
Benefits of a Professional Organizer
Hiring a professional organizer takes the emotion out of the project. We’re not tied to any of your stuff. We are objective and can see the big picture.
We don’t get overwhelmed.
We do this for a living and we’ve seen aaaalll kinds of disorganization. We know how to break it down into smaller, easy to manage steps that get to the ultimate goal of the project.
We have longevity.
We’ll stick with the project until its complete. We won’t give up on your task and we won’t give up on YOU! We’re like that personal coach, encouraging you to stay strong and finish!
We know the resources in your community that are available to help with your project. This includes places where donations can go, places to recycle, other partners we may need to bring in, where to find the best bargains on tools you need for staying organized etc. Do you really want to spend time figuring all that out? You don’t because you’ll get frustrated at the time it takes, you will feel bad trashing something that otherwise could be donated (if you knew where to go) and so you’ll hold onto that stuff. It’s a vicious cycle!
We not only get you organized, but along the way we’ll coach you on the systems that are best for you and your family to STAY organized! Let’s be real – you don’t want to spend the time and money to hire us to get you organized, only to fall back into bad habits. Disorganization occurs ninja quick if you are not prepared to fight it with systems!
It’s Not a Cost, It’s an Investment in Your Sanity
