How a Personal Concierge Can Help You Fully Enjoy the Fall Season
Tomorrow is the pre-season home opener!! Can’t wait!! Are you a football fan too??
While it may still be mid-August and many of us are squeezing in as much of summer and vacation time as we can before the back-to-routine-Fall season begins, in reality, many of us (especially in business), are already looking ahead and planning for the last quarter of 2017.
So, lets talk Fall and what your strategy is for managing what is most likely, the busiest stretch of 4 months personally and professionally.
What’s Your Fall Strategy?
Personally, I’m sure you have new school routines, new after-school activities and increased activities for your kids. Perhaps your own clubs and activities get kicked up a notch too. It’s back to managing a home in the morning chaos and trying to feed the family after a busy day.
Its getting into the holiday mindset and time to start planning for guests, parties, traveling, making those lists and checking them twice.
Fall is a popular time for house projects, maintenance/repairs, redecorating etc. (We are actually working with a client now who is planning a pretty big shindig in a few weeks!!)
Professionally, it is the time of year where businesses make their money, push hard to meet sales goals, fulfill strategic planning goals and start planning for the next year. This is also a time to begin thinking of how to reward or thank your employees, customers and strategic partners for all they’ve done to help your business this past year. We do a LOT of work with business owners who want to say “thank you” in a personalized way.
Fall is probably the most chaotic and overwhelming time of year for most people. But ohhh the smell of pumpkin spice and the crisp air and all the gorgeous colors…(Fall is absolutely my fave time of year).
But, there is help! You don’t have to do it all alone. Task Complete is here for you!
We can be that extra set of hands or that clone of yourself that you need to be in two places at one time. Personally, we have packages to fit your budget and save you a ton of time to help with tasks such as:
- Running errands
- Scheduling/confirming appointments
- Meeting contractors or service people at your home for repairs, installations etc.
- Streamlining gift giving: Make your list, set reminders, shop, wrap, and ship
- Party planning
- Preparing for guests
Now, I know you are thinking, “but I can do all this myself, why pay to have it done by someone else?” Ask yourself, “what on your to-do list don’t you want to do?” Which task stresses you out that you even have to put it on your to-do list? Which of your children’s activities do you have to miss to get that list completed?
THOSE are the tasks that are worth outsourcing to someone else.
Leverage yourself by delegating those tasks. It’ll create less stress and more time for the fun and important things—like soccer games and dance recitals or Eagles games!!
Now, professionally, we offer a ton of help too!
There are two ways that business owners and executives have used our services, (and loved them) in the past:
- Decorate offices
- Assist with corporate gift giving/holiday card sending (buying gifts, wrapping, shipping, mailing etc.)
- Gift wrapping services in office for employees
- Making travel arrangements
- Planning corporate holiday events
- Gifting the services of Task Complete to employees or clients. (Who doesn’t appreciate the gift of TIME?!)
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be one of those people squeezing out as much fun and time with my family as I can get from the Summer of 17, but I want you to know the Task Complete team is here to help you manage Fall of 17! Let’s make Fall as carefree and easy as Summer.
